With Metacognitive Coaching, a session can be done in as little as 30 mins. It is recommended to attend four sessions in order to fully benefit from the experience.
Below is an outline of what the 4 sessions would look like:
Session 1: Connecting in sacred space together getting to know you and your needs for the sessions. Working through an inquiry that will help you see what you need and how you will benefit from our time together.
Session 2 : Connecting in sacred space. Engaging in a metacognitive activity tailored to our specific inquiry. Discussion and connection.
Session 3: Connecting in sacred space. Engaging in a metacognitive activity tailored to our specific inquiry. Discussion and connection.
Session 4: Connecting in sacred space. Following up on how things are going, and deciding on the next step.
